Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgpotato /aloo
  • 1/2 kg Shimla mirch / capsicum
  • 2onion
  • 1tomato
  • 2green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspred chilli
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala / whole spice powder
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok, add hot oil

  2. 2

    Add paste of onion, tomato, green chill and mixed well

  3. 3

    Add all spices and mix well

  4. 4

    Add chopped potatoes, Shimla mirch, mix well and cover them cook for 20-25 min for low flame

  5. 5

    Now healthy veg is ready
