Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 20amlas
  2. 5slited chillies
  3. pinchhing
  4. pinchmethi
  5. pinchsaunf
  6. 1 tspjeera
  7. 1/ tsp haldi
  8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. salt accordingly
  10. 5 to 6curry patta
  11. chopped coriander
  12. 3 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and steam amla for 15min.

    Put oil in kadhai add everything thing mentioned one by one.

    Allow it to cool. Grind it roughly.

    Remove it to airtight box and store. Have it with hot rice and ghee
