Roast the chiles and tomatoes. Once roasted, blend them with the garlic cloves and set aside.

Cut the steak into your preferred size pieces and fry them in a pan.

When the steak is cooked, add the onion, sliced into thin strips.

Let the onion sauté, and when it's ready, add the tomato sauce and bouillon cubes. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Taste and adjust salt if needed. Enjoy this flavorful steak with chile, served with freshly cooked beans.
