Ingredients

  • 2 cupvegetables (as per availability)
  • 1 cuprice
  • 1 tspcumin
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 cuppaneer
  • 2 tbspoil or ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add oil,put cumin and let it splutter it

  2. 2

    Now add vegetables and saute well

  3. 3

    Add salt and rice along with 2 cups of water and cover the lid

  4. 4

    Cook till water reduced and rice become soft,now add paneer and mix well and serve hot.
