  • Whole fish
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt
  • Onions and tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove scales from the fish and clean it

  2. 2

    Cut along it and salt. Leave it to drain excess water

    In a karai heat the oil. When hot fry the fish. Let it brown and then turn it.

  4. 4

    When done plate it. Served with kachumbari and ugali
