Ingredients

  • 4 cupsflour
  • 1/2sugar
  • 1 tbsbaking powder
  • 1 tbsyeast
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1egg
  • 2 tbspowdered milk
  • 300 mlswater
  • Vegetable oil
  • Fresh pepper and onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the flour and milk, salt, yeast together with water. Make sure it's not too watery

  2. 2

    Use wooden spoon to beat it until is blended well. If u have a mixer is best for it

  3. 3

    Cover for 30mins to enable it rise.then add ur slice fresh pepper and onion

  4. 4

    Deep fry using ur vegetable oil until it turns brown. Enjoy
