Steps
- 1
Chop the onions into fine pieces.
- 2
In a bowl, combine onions, hung curd, salt, chaat masala, pepper and coriander. Mix well
- 3
Make the gum in a separate bowl by adding the flour, corn starch, salt and water. Mix thoroughly.
- 4
Take a slice of bread and cut out the edges. Spread the gum mixture evenly on the bread and flatten the slice gently with the help of a rolling pin or your hand.
- 5
Place the stuffing on one half of the bread slice. Roll the bread
- 6
Take a piece of cling film and roll it around the bread. Squeez the ends to make a tight seal. Repeat steps 4 to 6 with the remaining bread slices.
- 7
Remove the cling film & heat oil in a frying pan.
- 8
Fry the stuffed bread slices until it turns golden brown.
- 9
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
