Ingredients

  • 1 cupchana dal
  • 500 gmbottle guard
  • 2onion finely chopped
  • 2tomato
  • 1 tbspginger paste
  • 1green chilli
  • ghee as need
  • 1 tbscumin seeds
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp eachturmeric powder and red chilli
  • some coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Hot the ghee add the cumin seeds, ginger paste,onion green chilli fried it brown

  2. 2

    Add the chopped tomato and add the all spices

  3. 3

    After 5 minute add the chopped the bottle guard, and chana dal

  4. 4

    Wait for 5 whistle and garnish with coriander leaf
