Peel the yam cut to your desire shape add salt and deep fry in a medium heat

Slice the tomatoes and onions add little oil in a pan and saute them for few seconds add the seasoning and spices

Add the beaten egg and spread it side by side and turn it repeat the turning process until it cook to your taste.

Add all the tea spice and boil the cardamon, cinnamon,star anise, cloves and ginger
