Ingredients

  1. 1carrot washed and peeled
  2. 1cucumber washed and cleaned
  3. to tasteSalt and black pepper
  4. 1/2 Lemon for lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    I use spiralizer wonder chef there are two moulds one for julienne and other for cucumber sprial

    Just put carrot in the mould and rotate it sprial carrot will come

    Same way on other mould I put Chinese cucumber and sprial it

  4. 4

    It is my first trial and looking beautiful for decorating salad

  5. 5

    Sprinkle salt,pepper and lemon on it just to serve cold
