  • I kg fish
  • 3tomatoes cut into small pieces
  • 1bid onion
  • 1 spoonGinger en garlic
  • 1Dania
  • 1/4 tea spoonrosemary
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tea spoonBlack paper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the fish into small pieces wash en boil but don't add any water add black paper,ginger en garlic. Wait for 5 minutes.

    Add tomatoes en salt wait for the tomatoes to form a soup.

    Add Dania en rosemary then turn off the heat wait for 2 minutes serve with vegetable en ugali
