Steps

First we grind peas green chilli, ginger, garlic and coriander leaves.

Cut potatoes and tomatoes.
- 3
Roast grind peas and potatoes.
- 4
Add 1 tbsp mustard oil and chilli paste add 1 cup peas,add all spices,salt and tomatoes.

Then add grind roasted peas and fried potatoes and 1 glass water in it, boiled it.
- 6
Serve with paratha, rice.
