Easy because requires less energy to knead and it is also soft and fluffy even the next day! Hope you give it a try.
Steps
- 1
Add the warm milk, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Leave until bubbles come out.
- 2
Then after bubbles come out, add in the egg, combine well.
- 3
Add in the flour and salt. Combined well with a spatula, then add in the butter. Combine again.
- 4
After it combines well, leave in a warm spot for 90 minutes until it doubles in size. Don't forget to cover it with a plastic wrap.
- 5
After that divide the dough. As many as you want, shape it any shape you want. I just make some balls then add in the cheese and then put them in muffin tins.
- 6
Then leave them for 30 minutes to rise, cover with some damp kitchen towel. Brush with some whisked egg yolk.
- 7
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180°c (time may vary to oven).
- 8
Take out of the oven. Serve
