Ingredients

30 minutes
25 laddu
  1. 1 cupwhite sesame seed (dry roasted and powdered)
  2. 1 cupdry roasted wheat flour
  3. 1 cuppeanuts (dry roasted and powdered)
  4. 1 cupthick flatten rice
  5. 1 cuppowdered sugar
  6. 1 cupclarified butter (ghee)
  7. 2 tbspedible gum/dink
  8. 2 tspclarified butter for frying edible gum
  9. 2 tbspchopped cashews
  10. 2 tbspchopped almonds
  11. 2 tbspraisins
  12. 1 tspcardamom powder
  13. 3-4 tbspoil for frying flatten rice

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan and fry flatten rice. Let it cool down completely. Crush with hands to form a coarse powder.

  2. 2

    Now in a big mixing bowl, take roasted wheat flour, powdered sesame, powdered peanuts, powdered sugar mix it well and keep it aside.

  3. 3

    Now heat 2 tsp ghee in a pan and fry edible gum on medium flame till it puffed up well. Now crush it little bit in a mortar and pestle. Mix it with sesame mixture.

  4. 4

    Now add in the crushed flatten rice to this mixture, and mix well.

  5. 5

    Now melt 1 cup ghee in a pan and pour it over the mixture of sesame, flatten rice and edible gum, add dry fruits and elaichi powder.

  6. 6

    Mix everything very well and make lemon sized laddus.

  7. 7

    Enjoy these healthy and yummy laddus with a cup of hot milk. 😊😋
