  3. 2 cubesknorr
  4. Salt
  5. cow intestines and beef
  6. 1 tablespoonCrayfish
  7. 1 teaspoonDry blended pepper
  8. 1 cupperiwinkles

    Boil the meat and add more water to the meatstock inside the pot and knorr cubes

  2. 2

    Add the small ogbono and palm oil with crayfish and pepper so it can cook well

  3. 3

    Put in the okra and periwinkles and add small salt

  4. 4

    Let it cook for 5mins and ready
