1 kgflour
6 tbspsugar
6 tbspbutter
2eggs
2 cupswarm water
1 tbspyeast
Pinchsalt
Oil for frying
White chocolate

Steps

In a bowl, add all ingredients, excluding white chocolate and mix a soft dough, knead well until soft and smooth, cut and mould, arrange in a tray and let to rise for 30mins.

Fry until golden brown and make a whole, melt white chocolate and pipe
