Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 1.5 bowlChickpeas (black Chana)
  2. 2medium onion & tomatoes
  3. Ginger garlic
  4. Spices
  5. Salt
  6. Oil
  7. Cumin seeds
  8. Green chilli
  9. Boiled rice 🍚

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak Black Chana (Chickpeas) overnight and next day boil it in a water followed by one tbsp salt till 8 vessel.

  2. 2

    Now prepare masala,make a purée of tomatoes, grind onion and ginger garlic too

  3. 3

    Now add 1 tbsp oil add cumin seeds and onion and sauté it till it turn brown along with ginger garlic and green chilli

  4. 4

    Now add tomatoes and other masalas (spices) and cook till it turn soft and start leaving oil from it’s side

  5. 5

    Now add Chickpeas in it and check the water as if you need gravy adjust the water level accordingly

  6. 6

    Serve with hot boiled rice with love 💕
