Dal makhani banane ke liye sabse pehle urad dal aur rajma ko 8 se 10 ghante ke liye raat bhar paani me bhigo kar phulne dein.
Uske baad sabhi urad dal, rajma aur swad anusar namak daalkar ek cooker me daal kar 8 se 10 siti aane tak pakayen.
Uske baad gas flame band kar dein aur siti nikalne tak ka intezaar karein. - 2
Siti nikalne ke baad dal ko acche se thoda thoda mash kar lein.
Uske baad ek kadhai me ghee aur butter garm karein.
Tel garm hone ke baad isme jeera, baarik kati lahsun aur baarik kati adrak daal dein.
Halka sunehra hone tak bhune uske baad baarik kati pyaaz daal dein aur ise bhi sunehra hone tak bhune.
Uske baad baarik kati hari mirch, lal mirch powder daalkar acche se milayein.
Uske baad kadhai me baarik kati tamatar daal dein aur acche se pakayen jab tak isse tel na nikalne lage. - 3
Uske baad swad anusar namak aur thoda paani daal dein. Dhyaan rakhein dal ko pehle se namak daal kar ubala gya hai.
Gravy me namak aur paani daal kar milane ke baad ubali gayi dal ko daal dein
Gas flame high kar dein aur dal ko thodi der aur pakayen saath hi saath isme 1 chutki garam masala powder v mila dein jisse iska swad aur v accha ho jae.
Aapki dal Makhani banane ki vidhi hindi mein bankar tayyar hai.
Garnish karein baarik kati dhaniya patti ke saath aur garma garam parosein.
