Ingredients

30 miniutes
  1. 200 gmwheat flour coarse
  2. 100 gmgriended sugar
  3. 10fresh basil leaves
  4. 100 gmchopped dryfruits
  5. 1 cupchopped fox nuts
  6. 1 pinchcrushed kapoor
  7. 1 Tspgreen cardamoms crushed
  8. 1/2 cupclarify butter

Steps

30 miniutes
  1. 1

    In a medium Heat pan add flour.roast it slowly.

  2. 2

    When it changes it's colour like Brown,add ghee & roast it again for 5 miniutes.

  3. 3

    Now remove it from the flame.

  4. 4

    Let it Cool.now add sugar.

  5. 5

    Add all dry fruits & other things.

  6. 6

    Keep it for long time,it is safe for fifteen days.

  7. 7

    Although it is used in Pooja or Katha time,yet it is healthy dry snacks.

  8. 8

    We often use it in evening time snacks with 1 cup of milk.
