Ingredients

30 miniutes
3 servings
  • 200 gmurad dal ( soaked 8 hrs)
  • 1 Tspcumin seeds
  • 2 Tspgreen chilli chopped
  • 1 Tspginger chopped
  • 2 Tspcoriander leaves chopped
  • 1 Tspasafoetida
  • 1 Tspred chilli powder
  • 1 Tspmango powder
  • 2 Tspoil
  • 2 Tspcrushed whole coriander
  • 1crushed black cardamoms
  • 8crushed black pepper
  • 2 Tspcrushed saunf /fennel seeds

Steps

30 miniutes
  1. 1

    Griend coarsely the soaked daal.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan put oil,let it hot.

  3. 3

    Put cumin seeds, asafoetida,black pepper,saute it one minute.

  4. 4

    Put dal in the pan,add all spices.

  5. 5

    Roast it till dry and golden.

  6. 6

    Remove it from the flame.

  7. 7

    Now add coriander leaves.

  8. 8

    Put it in a bowl.

  9. 9

    It can be keep 1 week in the fridge.

  10. 10

    Can be use any time.we can make kachori, paranthe,or stuffed roti also.
