Ingredients

  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 cupwater
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 1" ginger piece
  • 1clove
  • 1green cardamom
  • 2 tspfresh malai
  • 1 tsptea leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Put water, ginger, clove and cardamom in a pan and boiled it.

  2. 2

    Add sugar And tea leaves and boiled on low flame for 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add milk and boil 3-4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Drain in cups and add malai and serve hot
