#Winter Special Till Dry ginger Jaggery ladoo Healthy & Tasty

Heat the heavy bottom pan & roast white till/sesame seeds about 5 to 10 minutes in low flame.

Turn the roasted sesame seeds in a bowl & Keep aside.

In same pan add ghee & jaggery stir continuously till jaggery is melted & it form a syrup.

When jaggery is completely melted & looks like syrup add roasted sesame seeds & 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder in it.

Mix whole mixture well & switch off the flame.

When mixture is warm put some ghee in our palm & take small portion of mixture & bind ladoo.

When mixture get cool then again switch on the flame for few minutes then make ladoo.

It's difficult to bind ladoo or give shape when mixture is cool so always try to make when it's warm.
