Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgpotatoes
  • 1 tbsppepper or red chilli powder
  • to tastesalt
  • For fryingoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes and cut them into even sized finger like pieces.

  2. 2

    Put into salted water. Wash once or twice.

  3. 3

    Spread over a towel to remove excess moisture

  4. 4

    Deep fry in hot oil till they become golden in colour

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve with tomato ketchup or sauce.
