1 cupred lentil boiled
1onion chopped
1 tspgarlic crushed
1red chilli
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspfive spice
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper five spices and red chilli

Add garlic crushed and saute well
3

Add onion chopped and saute well
4

Add salt and turmeric powder and pour the dal.

Simmer and add sugar
6

Serve it with rice or chapati
