2potato
1onion
3garlic cloves
1/2 tspmustard seed
1 tspcumin seed
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1-2green chilies or (jalapeño)
1tomato
1 cupgreen peas
1 tspoil
Salt as per taste

Give tadka in oil with seeds, then add onion and garlic finely chopped
2

Cook Mirch and potato little, then add remaining stuff. Cover with lid
3

Cook for 5min check potato with spoon it’s easily cut or not, if not then cook 2-3 min more
