  • Seasoning
  • Salt and spices
  • Oil
  • Carrots
  • Spring onions
  • Onions
  • Soysauce
  • Garlic
  • Eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan fry onions and garlic

  2. 2

    Add in ur carrots and chilli

  3. 3

    Add in the fried eggs and stir

  4. 4

    Add in ur cooked rice with the seasoning and spices (i used black pepper,paprika,allspices,cumin)

  5. 5

    Add in ur sweet soysauce and cover for some minutes

  6. 6

    And lastly add in ur spring onions

  7. 7

Yess the eggs should be fried without anything but u can add onions and spices(optional)
