Matumbo shallow fry and ugali with Sukuma
In the mood for matumbo
Steps

Wash throughly the matumbo,and marinate with salt, ginger and garlic and add the lemon juice for ten minutes.

Boil for 30min and drain excess water.
- 3
Cut one onion into to the matumbo let it cook until water dries completely, don't add oil let it cook with it's own oil, until the oil is completely saturated in the matumbo and onions.

Set it aside and serve while hot.
