Found this online when I needed an easy guacamole dip. I love tortilla chips and I love avocado. This one's pretty good for being easy. Even though I like the complicated one haha.

1small onion, finely chopped.(1 large onion cut in half works too)
1 clovegarlic, minced. (jarred minced garlic works too)
1ripe tomato, chopped

Peel and Mash avocados in a medium bowl.

Stir in onion, garlic, tomato, lime juice, salt and pepper. Chill for half an hour to blend flavors. Or eat immediately lol. That's what I did.
