Ingredients

  1. 2avocados
  2. 1small onion, finely chopped.(1 large onion cut in half works too)
  3. 1 clovegarlic, minced. (jarred minced garlic works too)
  4. 1ripe tomato, chopped
  5. 1lime juiced (bottled juice works too)
  6. to tastesalt and pepper

    Peel and Mash avocados in a medium bowl.

  2. 2

    Stir in onion, garlic, tomato, lime juice, salt and pepper. Chill for half an hour to blend flavors. Or eat immediately lol. That's what I did.
