Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbsground pork
  • 1 cupshredded carrots
  • 1 cuponions
  • 1 cupspring onions, thinly sliced
  • 2eggs
  • 2 teaspoonsgarlic powder
  • 1 teaspoonground black pepper
  • 2/3 cupsoy sauce
  • 2 teaspoonssalt (optional)
  • 1Knorr pork broth cube

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

  2. 2

    Wrap about 1-1 1/2 tbsp of the mixture in a lumpia wrapper. Do this until mixture is consumed.

  3. 3

    Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and fry the lumpia until the wrapper gets golden brown.

  4. 4

    Put the fried lumpia in a serving plate and let excess oil drip.

  5. 5

    Serve and enjoy!
