Slit the green chilli from center

Heat the pan add all whole masala like fennel seeds, coriander seed, cumin seed roast then grind it in a powder form

Heat the oil in a kadai add crush garlic then add slit green chilli, grinded powder,turmeric,red chilli salt mix it well turn off the gas then add lemon juice.

Green chilli pickle is ready

Store in a freeze
