Steps

Soak rice after washing for half an hr

Take a Cooker and heat oil/ghee 2tbsp and add bay leaves.

Add Onion and giner garlic paste and saute 2mins

Add vegetables and stir fry.

Add rice now.Put garam masala,salt and stir further 2mins
- 6
Add sugar and water now.Close cooker lid,put whistle.
- 7
Let the pulav cook in cooker.When it gives 3whistles turn off gas.
