Chicken Shawarma Club Sandwich 🥪

Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes and place them in a large bowl. Add the spices, oil, vinegar, mint, and lemon zest. Mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Place the chicken cubes in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes at 400°F (200°C).

After baking, pour the chicken juices into a bowl and set aside. Place the chicken in a bowl and add the tzatziki sauce. Mix well.

Lightly toast the sandwich bread slices. Take one slice and spread a little hummus on it. Add some baby greens, then top with 2 tablespoons of the chicken-tzatziki mixture and a few slices of pickles. Spread a little aioli on a second slice of bread, place it on top, press the two slices together, and cut in half to make triangles.

Repeat until all the ingredients are used up.

Mix the remaining aioli with the reserved chicken juices.

Serve the sandwiches with baby greens and radishes, along with hummus and the aioli sauce you prepared.
