Add a little flour and let it begin to boil again

Bring the water to a boil

Begin stirring vigorously, adding flour if need be, until there are no lumps. It should be firm but soft and holding together.

Cover over low heat for a few minutes, then continue cooking until it produces the 'smell' 😋. Remove from fire and turn on grease proof paper and roll like a sausage, this should be done very fast to avoid hardening.

Cut into slices and serve with your favorite accompaniment.
