Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • 60 mlvegetable oil
  • 150 gsugar
  • 1 canstrawberries, drained
  • 150 gbananas, mashed
  • 220 gall purpose flour
  • 50 goats
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs till frothy. Add oil, sugar, mashed strawberries and banana. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Pour in wet ingredients and stir until just combined.

  2. 2

    Pour into greased pan and bake at 350 until cooked.
