Steps

Sieve the flour, bicarbonate. mash the bananas with a fork till smooth.

Stir in the butter in the bananas

Add bi carbonate,salt and mix well.

Stir in sugar, eggs and stir well
- 5
Fold in the flour and mix well.
- 6
Pour the butter in the tin and bake for 1 hour at 160° or till you insert a skewer and it comes out clean.
