Heat in a pan. Roast suji and besan in it together, at low flame.

Roast with continuous stirring til it gives a good aroma and turns golden.

Then add pineapple juice and water together with continuous stirring so that no lumps form. Immediately add sugar and keep mixing.

Let it boil.. Add cardamom powder, mix well. Add chopped nuts of ur choice and serve hot in ur favorite bowl. I served in a tea cup with nuts and strawberry
