My first attempt on them cause I like the ginger cakes, and muffins so when I saw some authors recipe of ginger, I twisted the recipe knowing very well that mine will be a real biscuits cause almost the ingredients. Delicious biscuits for the first timer 😊😊

Ingredients

5 - 30 minutes
  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 3 tspbaking powder
  3. 1 tspbaking soda
  4. 4eggs
  5. 2 TBSginger powder
  6. 1 TBScinnamon
  7. 1 TBSmix spices
  8. 1 TBSclove spice
  9. 1 TBSnutmeg
  10. 1/2 cupgolden syrup
  11. 1çup brown sugar
  12. 250 gwooden spoon white margarine

Steps

5 - 30 minutes
  1. 1

    Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius

  2. 2

    Take a bowl and cream the margarine and sugar mix until it's most.

  3. 3

    The add the eggs and mix again

  4. 4

    In a separate bowl mix flour with baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and mix spice

  5. 5

    Then after mixing the flour bowl then pour and mix with the mixture of margarine and mix and even use you hands but wash them first them mix until the dough it's almost crumbling

  6. 6

    Then great the pan and dust it with flour

  7. 7

    The roll the dough and I use the glass to cut my dough once it's done then I bake for almost 25 minutes

  8. 8

    The biscuits are baked and tasty delicious 😋😋😋 I'm proud of my self

My mom taught me how to cook, so the love of cooking it's from her cause when she talks, about new recipe her face lights up so seeing her excited about food made me to want to feel that so, I started to cook and everytime I want to learn some new recipe I visit home and she will teach me. She is my heroine in the kitchen.
