Steps

Cut fish and clean it up with lots of warm water and salt

Peel and cut sweet potato in small cubes and wash thoroughly with lots of water

Place fish and potato in a clean pot. Add pepper soup ingredients, crayfish, black pepper, onions, water as needed.

Allow to cook for 10-15minutes

Wash and slice mint leaf and add as needed. Allow to simmer for two minutes
- 6
Add salt and seasoning and allow to simmer for an additional two minutes
- 7
Serve with eko.
