Grind all dal and make powder.

Now in a bowl, take daal mix and flour, here I used multi grain flour(wheat,sorghum, millet, soya, Ragi, Black Gram). Mix well.

Now add ginger-garlic paste, oil, salt sesame seeds, and coriander. Knead it.

Keep for 5 min. And take a ball from dough. Roll it.

Now heat oil, and fry this. Our thadula is ready.
