125 gmbesan
90 gmmaida
35 gmsuji
250 gmghee
125 gmsugar
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
Dry fruits optional

Steps

Whisk ghee & sugar in a bowl until the mixture is light & pale in colour.

Sift besan, maida, suji, baking powder & soda in a bowl, sift atleast 2-3 times.

Incorporate both ghee mix & besan mix gently through your hands & make a dough out of it.

Take little portions & make round like lemons & bake at 180 c for 15 to 25 min until done or golden brown.

Sevre with warm milk
