Cooking Instructions

Grate the carrots. Take a kadhai and heat desi ghee. Add grated carrots in it and cook it for 10 with cover and saute with intervals of time until it become soft

Now add milk in it and make it stir well for 25-30 min until it becomes thick and 1/4 milk remains

Take another pan and put 1 Cup milk in it and put 50 gm khoya with 2 tbsp sugar in it and make it thick until it becomes rabri

In mixture of carrot and milk add khoya, sugar, raisins and dry fruit in it and make it thick. Put it in any shape container you wish and garnish it with prepared rabri and dry fruits on the top

Now our gajar halwa cake is ready
