Cooking Instructions

Take all the ingredients.

Now mix ghee and sugar add 1/4th cup milk whisk all, then add baking soda and mix well and keep aside.

Now seive plain flour, milkmaid, baking powder and mix it in wet ingredients adjust consistancy with milk. Then add mango pulp and mix well.

With little oil grease a cake tin then add cake mixture to it and bake it for 50 mins. In a cooker. Remove whistle and rubber of cooker and put salt or sand in the cooker 1st then place a stand on sand or salt then put cake tin.

Now let the cake cool for 1hrs or untill it cool down completely, now cut three layers of cake take one layer apply sugar syrup then spread wipped cream repeat the process in all 3 layers now decorate cake as per your choice.
