Seive dry ingredients well in a big bowl.
Add in 1/2 cup boiling water + milk + vegetable oil. Mix well.
Add a pinch of salt and mix.. Don't over mix - 2

I took greased tea cups as I feel single serve mugcakes are always good, fill batter to 1/4 and microwaved for one minute

Pressure cook carrots with milk till one whistle. Then, emptied contents in a deep bottom pan. Slow cook till the milk completely evaporates. Add sugar and let it cook. When water evaporates completely, add ghee, nuts and cardamom powder and give a good mix.
