Ingredients

  • 250 gmrefined flour
  • 50 gmsemolina
  • to tastesalt
  • 50 gmcurd
  • 2 tbspoil
  • as neededmustard oil for fry

    Mix maida,suji,oil,curd andd salt and add eough water to knead a soft dough,keep aside for 1 hour

  2. 2

    Now heat oil

  3. 3

    Now take poori size dough,roll it and fry in hot oil
