Steps

De-vein the prawn, rinse and marinate with cornflour and required amount of salt and chilli powder.

Heat oil in a pan. once the oil is hot,fry the prawns and keep aside

Take another frying pan, add oil then the finely chopped onion, garlic and ginger along with red chillies. Add required amount of salt and all three sauces. Finally add the fried prawns and cashew.

Let it cook for a minute or two. Stir and turn off heat, serve with fried rice or noodles.
