    Phle hum kabuli chana ko phulne de denge 24hour/ boild water me dalenge or 6/7 hour pani me rhne denge. Taki ache se prepare ho jaye.in prepare ho jaye properly.tb hum use ache se dho lenge or pressure cooker me daalnge or salt denge or haldi or thoda sa pani.taki ache se steamed ho jaye 2/3 siti aane par hum utar lenge.Or ek bowl me rkh denge.

    Ab hum pan me ghee/ mustard oil dalnge jb grm ho jaye tb hum tezzptta dalenge.uske bad tayar masala dalnge or Dhania pwdr dalene or Brown hone to fry krnge. Jb brown ho jaye tb hum prepare Chana dal kar fry krnge or end me garam masala or chola masala dalenge.chola tayar h.
