Combine the ground rice, water, caraway seeds, cinnamon, and sugar in a pot over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until it thickens.

To check if it's ready, pour a little onto a plate and tilt it. If it runs, continue cooking until thicker.

Soak the nuts and peel them.

Pour the meghli into serving cups and top with shredded coconut. Garnish with the remaining nuts just before serving.
