This recipe/curry serve with roti, rice, puri, chapati, paratha, bread etc.
Steps

Boil potato and green peas and prepare all ingredients, chop onion, make tomato puree, make Gingergarlic paste

Heat kadhai or pan add oil, after 2 mins add bay leaf, chopped onion and salt fry till golden brown on medium flame, add Gingergarlic paste saute for 30sec

Add tomato puree or chopped, add all masala, cover the lid for 10 mins in low flame
- 4
Add fresh cream cook for 1mins, add boiled potato and green peas, mix well

Add water as required, cook for 10 mins

Crush kasurimethi and add into curry, mix well, lastly add garam masala. swichoff flame
- 7
Now Ready to serve
