Steps

Take a kadai, pour to 2 cups of water & bring it to boil

Then add all dry masala when the water still boiling

Lower the flame & add 2 cups of rice flour mix it well.

When the dough is done remove ot of the flame & keep it aside 2 min.

Then take small pieces of the dough & make rings of it.

Fry all the rings until golden brown.

Rings are redy to serve
