Steps

Sieve the flour and salt make a well.

Add sugar yeast & water, mix & leave for 10 minutes

Add water in intervals & start making the dough

Cover with a wet cloth & Leave the dough for 15 minutes

Roll,cut like small rotis. Rest for 30 minutes.

Bake at 230°c for 8- 10 minutes on broil like a roti on a pan.

Stuff it with sliced onions,capsicum, garlic,olives and lettuce and serve
